The Moroccan national football team was honored with the Best Arab Team award, a well-deserved recognition following their historic journey in the 2022 World Cup. Additionally, national team coach Walid Regragui secured the title of Best Arab Coach for his exceptional leadership during the World Cup.
Boxer Khadija El Mardi received the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Creative Sports as the Best Arab Athlete for the year 2023. Renowned athlete and world champion Soufiane El Bakkali was also acknowledged by the event’s General Secretariat during the ceremony. Additionally, referee Bouchra Karkoubi clinched the title of the Best Arab Referee, a testament to her skill and expertise in officiating football events.
Tennis player Malak El Allami secured the title of the 5th Young Arab Sports Hope of the Year, showcasing her remarkable promise and talent in the world of tennis.
