The highly anticipated Casablanca derby of the 14th round in the Botola D1 favored Raja Club Athletic (RCA), securing a 2-0 win against Wydad Athletic Club (WAC) at the Bachir Stadium in Mohammedia.
The match witnessed Raja’s breakthrough in the second half, initiated by Hicham Aït Brahim’s own goal in the 51st minute. Fourteen minutes later, Mohamed Zrida furthered the lead with a play assisted by Youssri Bouzouk.
Josef Zinnbauer’s team temporarily claimed the top spot in the standings with 30 points, while Wydad held the 4th place with 23 points, with a match yet to be played.
