The boys’ team from the Amal Inzegane Swimming Association and the girls’ team from the El Jadida Diving Club clinched the individual titles at the Moroccan Finswimming Championship held at the Mohammed V Complex Olympic pool in Casablanca.
Amal Inzegane Swimming Association (ASAMIN) secured the top spot with 251 points, followed by the Customs Association (140 pts), and El Jadida Diving Association took the third position with 137 points.
In the girls’ category, El Jadida Diving Association claimed victory with 234 points. They were followed by the Sports Complex Mohammed V Association in second place (188 pts) and the Customs Association in third place (147 pts).
Amal Inzegane Association also topped the overall team standings with 407 points, while El Jadida Diving Association secured the second position with 386 points. The third spot went to the Customs Association with 307 points.
Omar Tomoyasse, the Technical Director of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Diving and Subaquatic Activities (FRMPAS), highlighted the excellent results achieved in finswimming and diving competitions. He emphasized the close competition among the various swimmers.
The Moroccan Finswimming and Sport Diving Championship in the pool featured 160 athletes from 14 sports associations representing different regions of Morocco.
